IPMU2020 will take place at Centro de Congressos do Instituto Superior Técnico (Técnico Lisboa), which is located in the heart of Lisbon.

Getting There From The Airport

The Red Line of Metro (subway) connects the Airport to Técnico (Saldanha station) in 20 minutes.

Accommodation

A limited number of rooms has been blocked for the participants in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels. Please check here for reservations.

Budget accommodation

Some of the best reasonably-priced hostels in the World can be found in Lisbon, right in the middle of the historic and night life district. There are plenty low-budget options in Lisbon starting from 25 euros a night for a shared dorm to a 50 euros room. Check your favourite search service for budget accommodation options, e.g. Booking.com, TripAdvisor or Airbnb.

About Lisbon

Situated in the west coast of Portugal, where the Tagus river meets the Atlantic Ocean, Lisbon is the westernmost capital in mainland Europe. Lisbon can also be easily reached by daily direct flights from major international cities.
