Final Submission

You have already received the comments by the reviewers in a previous email. Please take them carefully into account when preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings.

The camera-ready paper submission must be done following the instructions given below. The submission deadline is *** April, 5th 2020 *** as indicated in the acceptance letter, and it must include the signed “Consent to Publish” form. This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings.
The submission is essential for preparing the conference proceedings, and the intention is to have them published independently of how the conference will proceed.

Please note that, due to the very specific situation induced by the COVID-19 pandemics, at the deadline of submitting the final version, you do not need to have an associated registration. New information regarding registration (date, fee, etc) will be sent as soon as possible, after the camera-ready submission deadline.

1. FINAL PAPER

Please submit the files belonging to your camera-ready paper using your EasyChair author account. After the login, choose tab “Proceedings” and follow the instructions for uploading two files:

(a) either a zipped file containing all your LaTeX sources or a Word file in the RTF format, and

(b) PDF version of your camera-ready paper.

There is a 14 page limit including references. Two additional pages are accepted for an extra fee of 100€/page. The 14 + 2 page limit is strict.

Please follow strictly the author instructions of Springer-Verlag when preparing the final version:

Our publisher has recently introduced an extra control loop: once data processing is finished, they will contact all corresponding authors and ask them to check their papers. We expect this to happen shortly before the printing of the proceedings. At that time your quick interaction with Springer-Verlag will be greatly appreciated.

2. COPYRIGHT

Please upload a signed and completed copyright form to us as soon as possible. The Springer copyright forms can be found at

It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form. You can scan the form into PDF or any other standard image format.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in these matters. Thank you again for your contribution to IPMU2020. All questions about papers should be sent to the volume editors
